How long do orders normally take to
Provided items are in stock, orders received before 2pm will be processed the
same day for royal mail first class delivery*. All other orders are generally
delivered within 72 hours in usual circumstances in the UK.
*We aim to have all ordered delivered to you next day, however
you should allow between 2-5 days for deliveries in the UK and
5-10 day for all international deliveries.
What are your standard delivery charges?
Free delivery on all jewellery purchases in the UK. For orders you wish to
be insured for, an upgrade charge is £1.00. International orders are
charged at our standard country tariffs as set out in the checkout.
I do not want to pay online can I pay
an alternative way ?
Yes, you can pay via cheque or postal order, simply place your order online
enter your details, print out your order and send with payment via cheque or
postal order to:

Once payment has been recieved and cleared (which normally takes
5 working days) your order will be despatched.
Do you offer international delivery?
We do offer international delivery and aim to deliver such orders within 5-10
working days. For more information and the latest rates for international

What happens if my order is out of Stock?
All products shown on the site are currently in stock. If items are for some
reason not in stock at time of order, you will be contacted by e-mail and
notified immediately of when the item will be in stock and be provided with
the opportunity to continue, change or cancel with your order.
What if I receive something I didn't
order or don't like what I've ordered?
All goods purchased from Jewellery Love have a 7 day no quibbles money back
guarantee, so you can shop with full confidence. What ever your reason for
returning a product, as long as you return all items as you received them we
are happy to refund your money with no questions asked. Pierced or navel jewellery
cannot be refunded due to hygiene standards. All refunds are done direct to
your card, once all goods have been returned and inspected. For full details
